What is the investment in licensing software? How will data be used (HIPPA). What is the timeframe for onboarding new testers or practitioners? What does a RTP proposal need in order to meet COVID-19 requirements? • Who are our clients or markets? Can we provide these tests w/ in an effective and efficient way? Space needed, combine testing equipment necessary, do we have direct access to it? Cost associated with testing adaptations on-site. • Also, what new technology do we need to bring on? Cost of investment and potential revenue.
