Service Description

• Will require new pricing structures- what will be our group target sizes, equipment needs and outcome expectations from each session. How will we measure business success not just athlete progress? • New trainer on-boarding-What criteria and skills will old/new trainers need to have moving forward. Will need a job description. • Tech Platform ID- What if any technology or digital platforms will we need to procure so remote or digital training sessions can be accessed and engaging.
